This notice is to let you know that Guardian Pharmacy of Maine has implemented a new Partial Fill Process. You will no longer receive a “Partial Fill Notice” form.
Instead, the pharmacy will notate on the Delivery Manifest the following:
“SENDING #QTY OF #TOTAL QTY DATE INITIALS”
Example:
On the next business day, the remaining quantity/balance that is due will also appear on the Delivery Manifest.
