Courtney Doherty Oland, R.Ph.

President

Our President, Courtney Doherty Oland RPh, MBA, FASCP, has extensive experience in long-term care pharmacy in Maine. Before joining Guardian, she worked for both an independent provider and a large national provider as a consultant pharmacist and account manager. She brings a strong background in long-term care pharmacy operations and focuses primarily on ensuring customers receive superior service.

Amy Kelder Enos, Pharm.D.

Director of Pharmacy Operations

Our Director of Pharmacy Operations, Amy Kelder Enos, Pharm. D., CGP, joined Guardian Pharmacy of Maine in 2007. After working for Guardian as an operational pharmacist and a consultant pharmacist for three years, she became the Assistant Director of Pharmacy, assisting senior management with the operational workflow and overseeing the sterile, non-sterile compounding department. In 2012, Amy became a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP) to better serve Guardian’s primary patient population. Amy also served five years as a voting member on the MaineCare (Medicaid) Drug Utilization Review committee. Amy is passionate about developing and coaching our pharmacy teams. She is committed to providing superior pharmacy services to our communities, our residents and their families.

Brendan Murphy, CMA

Director of Finance and Administration

Brendan Murphy, CMA, is the Director of Finance and Administration where he is responsible for financial activities including planning, reporting, and controls. He oversees the Billing Office and Inventory Purchasing functions, financial reporting and controls interfacing with our corporate partners, human capital development, and information technology. Prior to joining in 2018, Mr. Murphy held various positions of increasing responsibilities in industries honing his extensive experience in corporate financial reporting and analysis, capital budgeting and planning, business information analytics, and system implementation and integrations.

Mr. Murphy received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and completed his MBA at the University of Southern Maine.

Angela Moore

Director of Sales and Marketing

Our Director of Sales and Marketing, Angela Moore, joined Guardian Pharmacy in 2021. In her current role, she is responsible for all Guardian communications in order to provide the best service possible to our partners, their residents and families.

Angela has over 20 years of healthcare experience in national companies as direct care provider, manager and service liaison specialist. She has her bachelor’s degree is in Healthcare Administration and has a number of certifications and awards that enhance her value to us at Guardian. Angela worked in skilled nursing and long-term care as a Director of Rehabilitation services and with many of our current customers as a home health and hospice liaison. During this time, she provided training/education and resources to families on all levels of care, community-based services, and reimbursement. 

She has served as President of the Board of Directors for a local Residential Facility and continues as a board member. She brings her considerable healthcare knowledge to her current position and seeks to help us expand Guardian services to new partners and clients in new regions and territories. She lives in Lisbon with her husband and two sons.
